Esther’s Request Revealed
The king did not forget that the purpose of the banquet was to allow Esther’s to give a request.
Her request was for her life and the life of her people.
She explained they had been sold against their will.
They had not been sold into slavery, that she would keep quiet, however they were sold to be slaughtered.
The Wicked Haman Revealed
The king asked who would dare do anything to hurt Esther. The answer was wicked Haman
The King’s Wrath Kindled
The King went to the courtyard to think. He did not call his advisors; he was sorting through things himself.
Haman’s Empty Request
Haman tried to plead with Esther.
Unfortunately, he tripped and fell upon the bed where Esther was at. The king walked in on this compromised positioned and assumed Haman had vile intentions towards Esther.
He ordered Haman to be hung on the gallows made originally for Mordecai
