It is God’s work to bless and provide for His children

Romans 8:28-32; Psalm 68:19

At the root of thievery is the terrible sin of unbelief and a lack of faith

 

He is a thief who borrows and does not intend to pay back

Psalm 37:21

 

He is a thief who is a pastor and does not feed the flock

Ezekiel 34:1—2

 

He is a thief who is a business owner and steals from his customers

He is a thief who steals from himself

The father had so much more for the son then what the son choose for himself.

When we become selfish and self-serving and we miss out on what God has for us

 

He is a thief who has been entrusted with the goods of others and does not handle them properly

It is worse to sin against trust than it is to sin by force

How to get wealth? Work, gift of love, inheritance, investment

What do we do with it?

We steal from God when we hear the truth and don’t obey it

When a pastor gives council and you take that time and don’t obey what you heard

We rob God when we fail to give ourselves to instruct others.

God will bless people and nations for giving

Jesus dies between two thieves. One accepted and one rejected.

There is grace for thieves
