Ephesians 3
Context
In the church at Ephesus there was strife between the Jewish believers and the Gentile believers in the church.
The Jewish people were raised to see Gentiles like dogs.
The Revelation of the Mystery vs. 1-5
Mystery – something that was not previously revealed by is now made known.
The Mystery is the church
The Old Testament does not reveal the church
There is a difference between Israel and the Church
The Fellowship of the Mystery vs. 6-12
The church was to contain Gentiles as well as Jewish believers.
All of heaven is amazed at the church vs. 10

We don’t quit (faint) vs. 13
To be strengthened vs. 16
Rooted and grounded in love vs. 17-18
To know the love of Christ vs. 19
