Both invoke the rights of lordship and possession.
The stood in subjection, whose faithfulness received due honor and reward, and unfaithfulness would surely be visited with punishment.
Church comes from the meaning “belonging to the Lord”
The world’s way is to do their own will – Psalm 12:4
Master
Servant looks to the master for help
Slave stood in a nearer relationship to the master then the hired servant.
On Abraham’s Lord’s faithfulness and power, he relies for everything
