9:1-25<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Conversion of the Sinner vs. 1-9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis Way\u201d was a term used for that early church referring to when Jesus said \u201cI am the Way\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Bible shows the special relationship to Christ and the church when Jesus told Saul that Saul was persecuting Jesus<\/p>\n<p>Salvation is Christ revealing Himself to the sinner for salvation<\/p>\n<p>Immediately Saul desired to be obedient<\/p>\n<p>God did not reveal His plan to Saul at that time, but merely told him the next step, \u201cgo into the city\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Encouragement for the Saint vs. 10-19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>God was leading Ananias by His Spirit to encourage Saul<\/p>\n<p>The street called Straight is the actual real main street of Damascus that still exist today<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe prayeth\u201d Saul is now truly praying<\/p>\n<p>Saul had been without sight for three days and been left alone, when Ananias greeted him with the endearing term \u201cbrother\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He was encouraged by Ananias to follow the Lord in the next step and he was baptized<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards he spent several days with the church, getting encouragement from them<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preaching of the Son of God vs. 20-22<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Jewish people did not know of Saul\u2019s conversion, and welcomed him in the distinguished seat in the synagogues.<\/p>\n<p>The Bible says he confounded the Jews PROVING this is very Christ<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the Road to
