The next couple of chapters deal with the Ammonite side of things.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Lord\u2019s Frustrated Message<\/strong> vs. 10-14<\/p>\n<p>People have the wrong vision of God. Many see God has some grandfatherly figure in the sky that is there to help us when we have a need.<\/p>\n<p>God is not our servant, we are His! He is the Master and the Creator! Here we a glimpse of the frustration of God when we continue to ignore Him to serve our own gods.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The People\u2019s Response<\/strong> vs. 15-16<\/p>\n<p>The people made a choice to turn from their gods and serve the Lord.
