None of These Things Move Me

Acts 20:13-38

Paul is traveling back to Jerusalem from his third missionary journey. He went the long way on foot through Europe, and then attempting to make it back to Jerusalem before Pentecost, planned on bypassing Asia. Because of his love for the churches of Ephesus, he asked for the pastors and church leaders to meet him in Miletus. He realizing this might be his last time with these people whom he loved so much, he poured out his heart reminding them of his testimony. No matter what the difficulty he was going to stay on the right path.

Won’t Stop Preaching the Gospel vs. 17-25

Even though the Jews tried to give Paul a hard time he continued to preach the gospel.

He preached publicly and from house to house.

Won’t Stop Warning From the Bible vs. 26-31

Paul declared he was pure from the blood of all men because he preached the whole counsel of God. There are some who would come after who would attempt to draw away disciples with false doctrine. Some people do not like Biblical preaching. Nothing should stop us from preaching all the Bible.

Won’t Stop Being An Example for the Lord vs. 32-38

Paul attempted to be an example everywhere he went. Paul kept his testimony pure concerning finances and hard work. He also shows great love for these people.
