When we delay our hearts get hardened
Abraham removed things that might stop his obedience
The Submissiveness of Isaac vs. 7-9
God told Abraham – Abraham told Isaac
We are to obey Biblical authority
Abraham taught Isaac submissiveness to God – Genesis 18:19
Isaac carried the wood to test his obedience
Obedience starts by obeying small things
The Provision of God vs. 10-19
This test was to see who was truly God in Abraham and Isaac’s life
Mount Moriah would be later the site of Temple
Without Abraham’s obedience there would not be a need for God’s supply
