Galatians – Liberation Through the Gospel
Galatians 5:1
Paul wrote this epistle during his 2 years at Ephesus. Before this time he had been to the region of Galatia twice.
He had received word that the church of Galatia had fallen away from the true teaching of the gospel.
After he had come, Judaizers had followed behind and taught this Gentile church that in order to truly be saved and right with God they had to follow in circumcision and the Law.
