The reality is that some of the greatest defeats that the church experiences are not from external forces; but rather, from internal feuds. Because the Church consists of flawed and sinful people like us, there will always be disputes, discouragements, differences of opinion, discouragements and disappointments. It’s not wrong to disagree with or to hold a different position than someone else on the team (this sort of thing has always been part of the church), but how we handle those disagreements and differences matters. We must not forget that the issues that we fight over are never as important as the relationships that we share with each other.
