Once sin is entertained in our thoughts, it then establishes a foundation that ultimately leads to confusion, to carelessness, and to compromise. It produces a seared conscience which leads to sinful conduct that ultimately leaves us unsatisfied feeling both helpless and all alone. But God has a way of taking our blindness, our brokenness, our bad choices, and our burdens and bringing our lives back to life – making us both beautiful and useful once again.
